Turn Delivery Knowledge into a Repeatable Service.

Help clients retain the operating knowledge your team builds, reduce repeated rediscovery, and keep that knowledge useful through a recurring service. Partners can refer, sell, help build, or operate Managed IOM.

One model. Two operating capabilities.

An operating foundation for people and AI.

An Infrastructure Operating Model is a maintained, customer-owned model of infrastructure, equipped with human-approved automation and workflow orchestration.

The maintained model

Connects facts, dependencies, ownership, observed state, and approved intent. Maintains governance, authority, verification, and reconciliation, with source, freshness, and unresolved gaps visible.

Human-approved automation

Provides permitted operations. Each invocation is checked against current scope, parameters, conditions, permissions, and required approvals.

Workflow orchestration

Coordinates approved operations through existing tools, including sequencing, dependencies, exceptions, partial failure, verification, and recovery steps.

Reliable AI operations require context, intent, authority, and verification. The IOM brings them together.

Humans and AI request work through the IOM without requiring direct infrastructure access. Authorized integrations retain access and enforce permissions on enabled execution paths. Results and evidence return to the model.

Operate from maintained knowledge

A staged path from assessment to recurring delivery.

Each stage ends in a decision. Read-only access is not permission to execute, and multi-customer licensing and isolation must be confirmed during partner onboarding.

Assess and scope

Use the assessment for discussion priorities. In a working session, name the account and delivery lead, choose the environment, and agree a proof plan and baseline.

Pilot, then authorize

Build a bounded read-only model. Review one decision-ready result, coverage, gaps, and discovery effort. Separately approve one controlled execution path and its success criteria.

Expand and package

Expand only after reviewing evidence. Define responsibilities, customer boundaries, support, and commercial terms before packaging repeatable services or licensed delivery.

Operate from maintained knowledge

Test the delivery economics in one account.

Less repeated context gathering can create delivery capacity. Margin improvement depends on platform and operating costs, pricing, reuse, and how the capacity is deployed.

SI project delivery

For a migration or rollout, measure context-gathering hours and rework against a comparable baseline. Retain the validated model at handover.

MSP recurring service

Measure time spent reconciling records, preparing routine changes, and transferring knowledge. Offer model maintenance and agreed governed workflows.

Customer ownership

The customer retains its operating knowledge. Partners earn ongoing value through maintenance, delivery, and evidence; reuse methods and templates without transferring customer-specific data or intent.

Why Partners Care

A new door into accounts you already serve.

Lead with a business problem

Start with rising operating cost, slow change, stale knowledge, provider dependency, migration, or AI risk.

Build the proof together

Use the initial assessment to identify priorities, then scope a First Working IOM with agreed outcomes, evidence, and read-only access.

Keep the client in control

The customer owns the IOM, its rules, and the operating knowledge captured through the engagement.

Create recurring work

Maintain the IOM, support daily use, add environments, and expand governed paths.

Lead With Recognition

One good question works better than a product speech.

MSP renewal

“Are costs rising because the service is valuable—or because the environment is expensive to operate?”

Key-person risk

“If your most experienced engineer left tomorrow, how much operating knowledge would leave too?”

Board and audit pressure

“How long would it take to show every important change, who approved it, and what it affected?”

AI and automation

“If an AI agent made a change tonight, what connected evidence, requirements, and permissions would govern its proposal?”

Start with a recent change: how much delivery effort went into rebuilding context, and what knowledge can the customer retain for the next decision?

The Sales Motion

One path from curiosity to recurring service.

1Recognize the operating pressureStart with migration, cost, provider dependency, continuity, slow change, audit work, or AI risk.
2Prioritize outcomesUse the whiteboard to establish the operating picture and choose two or three outcomes worth proving.
3Validate what mattersResolve specific technical questions with relevant mechanics. Skip another presentation when the customer is ready to scope.
4First Working IOMAgree sources, scope, baseline, acceptance criteria, prerequisites, owner, and commercial terms. Begin read-only and review evidence against the selected outcomes.
5Managed IOMDecide whether to proceed. Authorize a controlled workflow separately before expanding a recurring service.
Ways to Partner

Choose the role that fits your business.

Referral

Introduce qualified opportunities and let AuthoriOM lead the sale and delivery.

Resell and co-deliver

Own the customer relationship while AuthoriOM supports the platform, method, and build.

Operate Managed IOM

Use AuthoriOM to deliver the ongoing service under an agreed partner model.

A Structured Cross-Sell Path

The IOM can reveal the next real need in the account.

As coverage expands, the model can expose lifecycle risk, cloud waste, capacity needs, provider dependence, security gaps, and renewal points.

Those findings can support relevant hardware, cloud, network, security, automation, and managed-service work—based on customer-approved evidence rather than a generic campaign.

  • Aging or end-of-life infrastructure
  • Over-provisioned cloud resources
  • Capacity and resilience gaps
  • Provider and contract renewal risk
  • Security controls missing from change paths
  • Migration and modernization opportunities

The IOM creates a shared account-planning view the customer can inspect.

Who Fits

Built for firms clients already trust with infrastructure.

Telecom and SD-WAN agents

Use a familiar operating-layer story to open broader infrastructure conversations.

MSPs and managed providers

Add a model-based service that improves delivery and reduces dependence on tribal knowledge.

VARs and infrastructure firms

Turn product and project work into a longer operating relationship.

Cloud and platform teams

Help clients keep intent, state, ownership, and change rules tied together.

Security and AI integrators

Give automation and agents trusted context and clear limits before action.

Advisors and analysts

Help buyers define the category, find the first use case, and choose the right path.
