When a customer provides configuration, topology, or operational data, AuthorIOM uses it only for the scoped engagement or service. Read-only collection is the default starting point.

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that support hosting, email, analytics, CRM, or security under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed for business-to-business infrastructure engagements.
